My dream of owning a home in Kauai has been a long-standing one. It seemed so far away and almost imposible to attain! But I am here today to tell you that it cn be done, and with some hard work and dedication (not to mention a bit of luck) your dreams can become reality.
First off, you need to research all the properties available in Kauai. There are many options, from beachfront condos to mountain villas - each with its own advantages and dsadvantages. As you look around take note of what's important to you: location, size, price range etc.. Be sure not to overlook any potential bargains!
Once you have narrowed down your choices it is time for negotiation. Here is where you need to be smart about how much money you are willing invest. Ask questions such as "what kind of repairs will this require?" or "how long before closing?" Remember that the seller wants the property sold as quickly as possible so don't be afraid tooffer them an attractive deal!
Next up is the paperwork process which can sometimes seem daunting but if done correctly should be relatively painless.
