Eligibilty Requirements for an EB-1 Green Card can be challenging to understand. It is important to know what you need in order to qualify for this type of visa before applying. Firstly, one must have extraordinary ability in their field (art, science, athletics, etc.) as demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim and recognition from those in the same field. This can include awards and honors or proof of membership in associations that require outstanding achievement. (In addition), a person may also qualify if they are an internationally recognized professor or researcher with at least three years of documented experience or has been employed by a multinational company for at least one year.

 

Furthermore, there is also the option of obtaining an EB-1 Green Card through being an outstanding professor or researcher who has had three years of documented teaching or research experience along with international recognition and achievements from others within their respective fields! Another way to qualify is by having a high level job offer from a U.S employer that requires exceptional abilities and knowledge not found normally within the American workforce. Lastly, the individual would also need to demonstrate that his/her presence will substantially benefit the United States economically, culturally, educationally or socially.

(On top of that) it's important to note that all applicants must meet certain criteria in order to be considered eligible for this type of green card including; providing evidence that shows they are able to support themselves financially during their stay as well as passing any required medical examinations prior to entering the country.
