You can choose from salmon roe or lobster as well as shiromi, sea-urchin, squid and shrimp, mackerel or many other similar options.









Gorilla Sushi's location is near the Las Vegas International Airport. The MGM Grand is approximately a 5-minute ride away. They're open till 2am every Thursday, Friday, and Sat., so this is a great late-night option. They have some of the most delicious sushi in town, at a very reasonable price. The specialty roll menu includes a range of flavors, including Holy Cow and Popcorn Lobster. Gorilla Sushi is available for takeout or delivery. You can make a reservation ahead of time if you're planning to dine in. Sushi Kaya has one of the best all-you can eat sushi places in Chinatown Las Vegas. Fresh fish is used to make the sushi, and it is delivered fresh every morning.


Take advantage of the happy hour specials between 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Soho Japanese Restaurant provides delivery, takeout, and dine-in options. Soho sushi burrito is their sister restaurant. Koi can also be found on the second-floor of Planet Hollywood Casino. This Japanese restaurant has a romantic atmosphere that makes it the ideal place to grab sushi before you go out. From 5:00pm to 7:00pm, the happy hour menu offers salmon rolls starting at $6 and spicy tuna roll starting at $8.

Sushi Koma is an authentic Japanese restaurant located near Jack in the Box. A selection of appetizers, such as baked green mussels and chicken Karage, are available for only $5. To make sushi, fresh ingredients are used to create delicious squids.




They offer a great selection of sashimi (sushi rolls), deep-fried roll, sushi plates (noodles), donburi and udon. Hirobu also offers a vegan and gluten free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi serves Japanese cuisine, with a Korean American twist. They can be found inside Mandalay Bay, at the south end on the Las Vegas Strip. The atmosphere is great and the service excellent. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was a favorite of mine when I went there. Kumi also serves a variety other menu options such as sushi rolls, sashimi or combination plates, Wagyu meat, and seafood.

There are many options for sushi, sashimi or maki rolls. Morimoto Las Vegas serves a wide variety of unique fish, including salmon, tuna and eel as well as yellowtail, octopus shrimp, red snapper crab, lobster, and yellowtail. John Chien Lee was a chef who used to own a Japanese restaurant along the Strip. However, he opened his own eatery just a few short years ago. Soho, his new restaurant is a more affordable alternative to the Strip's sushi restaurants but offers the same quality food.
Some AYCE eats places sacrifice quality but not Umami. The menu includes everything you could want, including the hand rolls and nigiri. The lunch menu is all-you can eat and costs $25.95. The dinner menu costs $29.95. Sushi 21 is located near Excalibur. Although it is not within walking distance, you can take a taxi or Uber to get there.

OTORO can be found in the Mirage as an intimate sushi shop. This place is known to be great for their excellent service and the small-sized meals. OTORO makes a great choice if your goal is to share a small dish with your friends. There are rolls, nigiri, as well as sashimi on their sushi menu. The selections may be limited when compared to other sushi places, but the prices are quite affordable. I enjoyed their entree menu which included Chilean Sea Bass or Wagyu steak and filet Mignon.

Sushi Ichiban has the only all-you could eat sushi place in downtown Las Vegas. It is located in El Cortez Hotel&Casino and serves AYCE seafood for $29.95. This restaurant is very affordable considering it's a hotel.

There are also interesting deals like beer buckets which can be mixed and matched. The sushi menu features: pepper seared tuna; seared albacore; seared shrimp, baby scallops and smoked salmon.
