Umami Japanese Sushi is a restaurant and sushi bar that specializes in Asian fusion. It has excellent staff and excellent selections. For $22, you can get all-you-can-eat sushi and for $26, dinner meals. Surf clams include crab, oysters, crab, sweet shrimp, salmon, sweet shrimp, freshwater eel and more. The restaurant's opening hours are Monday to Sunday. Umami is well-known because of its fast preparation times. It ensures your meal arrives on time while still tasting fresh.
Yellowtail offers a variety of sushi, sashimi and sushi rolls. My favorite is the Angry Salmon specialty sushi roll, which includes salmon, avocado and serrano peppers. Fresh omakase can also be ordered. Kaiseki Yuzu is one Japanese restaurant that changes its menu every month. They only offer two seating times, 5:30pm or 8:00pm, similar to Sushi Kame. These are the only times you can make reservations, so book your reservation at least a few days before.



The food is affordable considering it's inside one of Las Vegas' most expensive hotels. You can expect to pay $30-50 per person for a full meal. Yellowtail, an upscale Japanese restaurant is located in Bellagio. Akira Back (the restaurant's head chef) has a Michelin Star so you know the food is excellent. If you are lucky, you may be able get one of the tables that offers a breathtaking view of Bellagio Fountains.






You can order AYCE or a la carte. For $24 lunch, the AYCE sushi menu includes nigiri rolls, sushi rolls, skewers, and sushi rolls. While the dinner menu costs $28, it's still within budget with other sushi restaurants. Rikki Tikki Sushi, located in the Westgate Hotel is just blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. You will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at the restaurant, especially if your table is near the waterfall. The price for all you can eat Sushi is $33 per person. That's a good deal considering the proximity to the Strip. They are open every day from 5pm-10pm, except Wednesdays and Sundays.

Additional rules apply to All You Can Eat Sushi. There is no sharing among AYCE customers or a la carte customers. For leftovers (including sushi rice), you will be charged at a la carte rates. For lunch, order time is 60 minutes and dinner 90 minutes. Children under 3 years old can eat for free. Children aged 4-7 years are charged $13.95 per person for the AYCE lunch or dinner.

Sushi Koma Japanese Restaurant is near Jack in the Box. For $5, you can enjoy appetizers such as the baked green mussel and chicken Karage. You can make delicious sushi with fresh ingredients, including surf clams and salmon belly, seared Lemon Salmons, smoke paprika salmon, and salmon belly.
The sushi restaurant offers a variety of rolls, nigiri and side dishes as well as skewers, tempura and desserts. From 12pm to 3pm on Monday through Friday, they often offer a 50% discount on lunch specials. Sushi Hero, a popular all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is highly rated and offers almost every type of seafood. Rolls with tuna and salmon, yellowtail, crab and shrimp can be ordered.
