Sen of Japan is becoming a favorite among locals. It has won rave reviews from critics as well. The exquisitely prepared food is served at a casual, yet elegant, setting. Sen of Japan was founded by Nobu's former head chef. His culinary expertise is evident in the excellent food. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including cold and warm appetizers as well as sushi and tuna, sashimi, and grilled, braised, and deep-fried dishes. Sen of Japan may seem a little far, but once you get there, you'll be glad you did.












They offer a great selection of sashimi (sushi rolls), deep-fried roll, sushi plates (noodles), donburi and udon. Hirobu also offers a vegan and gluten free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi serves Japanese cuisine, with a Korean American twist. They can be found inside Mandalay Bay, at the south end on the Las Vegas Strip. The atmosphere is great and the service excellent. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was a favorite of mine when I went there. Kumi also serves a variety other menu options such as sushi rolls, sashimi or combination plates, Wagyu meat, and seafood.







Children under 5 can eat free at the restaurant if they dine in. However, it is possible to order online for pickup or delivery. The prices are higher than those at some local sushi restaurants but the food quality, convenience and price are worth it. Goyemon, located near the Las Vegas Strip, is just behind Mandalay Bay. This is a popular place to get all-you'll-eat sushi, especially at 7 p.m. when the business is peaking. They also offer vegetable rolls and nigiri as well.

The restaurant can be found just outside of downtown Las Vegas on Fremont Street. Hiro Saito, Hiroyoshi's sushi chef, has been preparing the best sushi, sashimis, and maki in Las Vegas for almost twenty years. It's a wonderful sushi option that doesn’t break your bank. Kabuto Edomae a superb sushi restaurant is located in Las Vegas’ Chinatown. Kabuto will charge you between $50 and $100 for a dinner, but it's well-worth it. The sushi uses fish that is directly imported from Japan.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar is an excellent option for guests staying near the Red Rock Hotel. You can enjoy fresh sushi rolls, sashimi and burgers daily at this restaurant. If not everyone wants to eat sushi, this place is the best choice. You have many options with the different sections of the menu for west-coast and east-coast fish. If you don’t like meat, there’s a yasai sushi section.


Yummy Grill & Sushi in Las Vegas is a local favourite. They are located in the western section of town, near Summerlin. This restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere as well as affordable sushi. You will find a variety of sushi, vegetarian rolls and sashimi to choose from. The Arizona Roll is a speciality roll that includes spicy yellowtail and cucumber with ponzu sauce and green onion, the American Roll which includes shrimp tempura, crab and avocado, as well as the Cherry Blossom which has chopped soft shell crab and scallion. There are also many classic entrees like tempura or chicken teriyaki.

There are eel and mackerel seafood, mackerel salmon, albacore, salmon, tuna, cooked shrimp, and other delicious options that will leave you satisfied.
Sen of Japan offers extensive sushi and maki roll options that can be ordered either a la carte, or to-go. Most meals are priced between $20-30. Nobu is a Japanese restaurant chain which offers luxury dining at various locations. There are currently 2 Nobu restaurants in Las Vegas. One at Caesars Palace and one at Virgin Hotel.




There is a large selection of choices, but sushi rolls are the main focus. For some bargains, you can check out their SAMBA Hour. This hour is available every day from 3 - 00 - 6:00 p.m. (except Saturday). Sushi Roku's location is in the Forum Shops located at Caesars Palace. You have the opportunity to take in the amazing view from the 3rd story while you eat at Sushi Roku.

While you will find more sophisticated settings and higher-quality sushi on the Strip, the restaurants located off the Strip offer equally impressive cuisine. You can find a variety of great sushi restaurants just a short distance from the Strip, particularly in Chinatown, along Spring Mountain Road. Yui Edomae is a tranquil fine dining establishment that serves exquisitely prepared sushi and other dishes in an authentic setting. The food is delicious and the prices are lower than any comparable on the Strip.

RA Sushi has a wide selection of sushi, sashimi and maki as well as specialty rolls and sushi burritos. You can also order bento boxes, hibachi and poke. They also offer a gluten-sensitive menu. Most of the dishes fall within the $10-$25 price range. Delivery and takeout are also available. Hiroba Sushi can also be found in Henderson, near Tokyo Boys. Hiroba Sushi isn't as popular as other sushi shops in Vegas, just like Tokyo Boys. Locals who eat at Hiroba rave about its fast service and affordable prices.
This sushi place offers a wide variety of rolls and nigiri as well side dishes, skewers and tempura. You can often get 50% off your lunch happy hour from 12-3pm Monday through Thursday. Sushi Hero is a popular all-you can-eat sushi place located approximately 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. It boasts almost every kind of seafood on its menu, which is why it has been highly recommended. Rolls can be made with tuna, salmon and yellowtail as well as crab, lobster, shrimps, scallops, mackerel and snapper.
