best sushi buffet in las vegas
Yellowtail's menu includes tempura, sushi rolls, sashimi, and sushi rolls. I love the Angry Salmon specialty salmon roll with salmon, avocados, serrano peppers and cucumber. Fresh omakase may also be ordered. Kaiseki Yuzu has one of the few Japanese restaurants which changes their menu every month. Similar to Sushi kame, there are only two seating hours: 5:30pm and 8:30pm. You cannot make reservations at those times so it's worth calling ahead to reserve your table.
The food is quite affordable, considering that it's within one of the most luxurious Las Vegas hotels. For a typical meal, you can expect to spend between $30 and $50. Yellowtail, a Japanese-style restaurant located in Bellagio is highly recommended. Akira Back, head chef at the restaurant, has received a Michelin Star. It is known for its delicious food. If you're fortunate, you can also get a table with a stunning view of Bellagio Fountains.
