Yummy Grill & Sushi, a popular local Vegas restaurant, is located just a few minutes from the Strip in the western area of the town near Summerlin. This restaurant offers a relaxed environment and reasonably priced sushi. The restaurant offers a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and vegetarian rolls. The Arizona Roll (spicy yellowtail with scallions, cucumbers, pozu sauce and green onions), the American Roll (crabs, shrimp tempura and sauce) and Cherry Blossom (chopped softshell crab, scallions, avocado, eel scallions and sauce). You will also find many of your favorite entrees on the menu, including tempura and chicken-teriyaki.













On the menu, you can choose from sushi, maki rolls and sashimi. Morimoto Vegas offers many unique fish dishes, including tuna, salmon, yellowtail and octopus. John Chien Lee opened his first restaurant, a Japanese-style restaurant on the Strip, in 2011. Soho, his new restaurant, is much more affordable than the Strip's sushi joints, but it offers just as good food.

Kumi's style is Japanese cuisine with a Korean American twist. This is thanks to Akira Back who is the restaurant's chief chef. The sushi bar anchors the dining room, and is designed to be reminiscent of common Japanese homes. There are cool and warm sharing plates, New Style Sashimi (salmons, white fish, beef, octopus, or beef with hot olive oil, yuzu soybean, garlic and micro cilantro), signature rolls, sushi and sashimi. Hot Mess: crab, sashimi po, and Screaming O Sauce bring new flavors to signature rolls. There are many entree options available, including uni shrimp pasta, steak, Jidori chicken, Kobe shortribs and Jidori chicken.
Chef Dragon is the owner of Sakana, a Japanese Restaurant and Bar. It is known for its AYCE cuisine, which is a favorite among customers. This makes it a top choice when you want all-you-can-eat Las Vegas restaurants. Sakana can be found at 3949 s Maryland Pkwy, Eastside Las Vegas. The AYCE menu is also available every day. There are many options for sushi, including salmon, freshwater tuna, freshwater fish eel (squid), surf clam and octopus.

The menu includes sushi, sashimi and maki rolls. You can also order caviar. Morimoto Las Vegas offers a variety of fish options, including salmon and tuna, yellowtail, maki rolls, maki rolls, sashimi, squid and yellowtail. John Chien Lee, a former chef at a Japanese restaurant on The Strip, opened his own restaurant a few years back. Soho is a cheaper option to the Strip's sushi restaurants, but the food is equally good.

It is recommended to make reservations in advance if you are planning on eating in. Sushi Kaya, one of the few places that offers all-you-can-eat sushi in Chinatown Las Vegas. You can be sure that the sushi is made with fresh fish, which they deliver every morning.

Each plate you take from the conveyor belt will cost you about $3. You can take as many plates as you like. After you finish eating, a server will bring everything over to you and add it all up. A full meal typically costs between $20 and $30. Yui Edomae, another high-end sushi restaurant in Chinatown Plaza is also available. This restaurant is a strong advocate for traditional Japanese omotenashi, which means that it will always take care of guests.








These skewers are delicious! I loved the scallop and bacon skewers. The all you can eat menu is not for you. You can choose the a-la carte menu which offers healthy portions. Umami is a AYCE Sushi restaurant in the northern part of Las Vegas. It is quite a distance from the Strip but it is one of my favorite local sushi spots. I frequent this spot often and can't praise it enough.
